This <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2000/TECH/space/01/11/galileo.europa/index.html">story</a> at CNN examines the evidence for an ocean beneath Europa's ice. Aparently, Europa's magnetic north pole reverses every 5 1/2 hours and the best explanation is a conductive liquid like saltwater. <br> <br> Also, another good read is <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2000/TECH/space/01/04/moonillusion.ap/index.html">Researchers find key to moon illusion</a>. A recent study reveals that people's perception of a larger moon when it's near the horizon can simply be explained by distance cues from the surrounding terrain. I've read about this previously in some book, so it's not that ground-breaking in my opinion.
